A developed suburban neighbourhood in the north-west of Calgary and is also one of the largest. On its North is the Berkshire Boulevard, Beddington Boulevard on its south, Beddington Trail to the east, and 14th Street W to the west. The community began as the Canadian Pacific Railway Station until it was developed into a neighbourhood in 1979, and named after the village of Beddington in Surrey, England. Along the community is a concentrated commercial area which can be found on Centre Street, which also offers a variety of cuisine among its restaurants, there’s Shanghai Classic Restaurant, Saigon Red Sky and Seniore’s Pizza Restaurant. Aside from the business centres, Beddington Heights is also near Nose Hill Park which is a great spot for outdoor activities
