The small community sits off of Elbow Drive, between the Calgary Golf and Country Club, the reservoir, and the community of Mayfair. The lifestyle in Bel-Aire is relaxed, comfortable, and very convenient for any resident.
What the statistics say about this small community is typical of what’s expected in an affluent neighbourhood like this. Only a few hundred residents can call Bel-Aire their home, making this truly one of the most prestigious areas in all of Calgary. 100% of the homes in this community are single-family homes, many of which have been renovated and redesigned in the past few years.
