3. KIJIJI - Buy / Sell / Trade your goods - Canada's largest classifieds site
Calgary's most popular platform to buy and sell goods from consumer to consumer, from getting rid of an old couch, to buying a new car, Kijiji is wildly popular and very well known, but the app makes the experience all the better, with instant messaging, posting from your mobile device, it makes listing items a breeze!
4. Recycling and Garbage Day!
Don't miss your next pick up day, the city of Calgary has put together this sleek little app to help ensure you never miss a beat with your garbage, recycling, and compost collection. You'll also have the ability to receive weekly reminders to roll out your carts and if you're ever unsure of where something belongs, you can use the app to find tips and advice on how to sort your disposals.
5. Your city on the go!
The city of Calgary has put together another useful app for Calgarians, with the 311 mobile application, you'll be able to track and report city services right from your smart phone, from reporting graffiti, to road issues, you'll be able to utilize location based technology combined with your camera to make reporting quick and easy!
6. Calgary Real Estate On The Go!

9. Alberta Health Services
The Alberta Health Services mobile app allows you to quickly stay in the loop with major hospitals nearby. This includes finding resources for personal care, healthcare locations, influenza locations, and even includes real time wait times for emergency departments throughout major cities in Alberta including Calgary, Edmonton, Lethbridge, Red Deer, and Medicine Hat.
