The northern central community of Tuxedo or Tuxedo Park, which is often called, is an older community not far from downtown Calgary. The tuxedo actually extends to the northeast / northwestern quadrant and is north of 16 Ave NW to 32 Ave NW, between 2 St. NW on the west side, through Center Street, which runs right in the middle, to the Edmonton Trail NE.
Tuxedo is popular with young professionals because it is only three kilometers from the city center. This is an older city in the city where houses from the 1930s and 40s provided space for beautiful new homes to fill 25-foot land.
As an older quarter, Tuxedo has a very large tenant population. Only 37% of all apartments are single-family homes, with cottages and apartments constituting the majority. The average selling price in Tuxedo is between $ 685,000 and $ 720,000, reflecting the high real estate value in the city.
